Pricing

We are a New Zealand owned and operated business. All prices are in New Zealand Dollars (NZD) including GST and are subject to change and availability. Sizes and designs may change over time. Hitched Wedding Stationery reserves the right to update their pricing at any time without notice.

Payment & Ordering

As each job is printed on a to-order basis, full payment is required before work can commence on your job.

Bank Deposit, Cheque & Money Order

We accept bank deposit or cheque and we will require payment to be cleared before work will commence on your order.

When making payments by Cheque or Money Order
Please make your cheque payable to: Copy and Design

When making payments by Direct Bank Deposit
Please ensure you make a note of your name and order number in the description section. An email once you have deposited your funds would also be appreciated.

Proof

A PDF proof will be emailed to you for approval before printing, you are responsible for checking that all information is correct. Any reprints once PDF has been approved due to errors will be at the clients expense. Please note that due to variations in Monitors and different printers the appearance of colour may vary, if you would like us to send you a printed sample we can however this will incurr a fee. Once you have checked and approved your proof, please email your approval in writing to Sandra McNair at sales@hitched.co.nz

Once your approval has been received, your job will be sent to print and posted out to you. Please allow at least 5 business days from approval of your proof to delivery. (A timing estimate will be sent to you upon approval).

Proofreading

The PDF proof is sent to you to check the content. Please be aware that due to variations in monitors and also to the different print process we use, the appearance of colours and images in the finished product may vary to how they look on your screen or to prints from other sources.

Client errors that are signed off through the proofing process are to be reprinted at the clients expense. It is the client’s responsibility to check all copy is correct. Ensure that all text supplied is as final as possible, we allow for one set of text amendments at proof stage.

Personalisation of invites

If you have selected the personalisation option please supply us with your guest list as a word file or excel file with all names typed exactly as you would like them to be spelt and written. eg. Mr & Mrs Smith, Denise and John  Smith, Denise & John.

It is important that you ensure all spelling, punctuation and spacing is correct on your guest list as your list will be printed exactly as supplied. Any errors will be reprinted at the clients expense.

You may also want to write in your own names, please test your pen on our paper first and order a few extras for testing.

Printing/Colour

As all stationery is printed digitally it is possible that subtle colour variations can occur between each piece. This is not a fault of the design but a natural effect of the printing process. There can also be a colour variation between stock types because of the way the ink sits on the silk stock (which is smooth) compared to the metallic stock (which is slightly textured).

Please also be aware that due to variations in monitors and also to the different print process we use, the appearance of colours and images in the finished product may vary to how they look in the proofs on your screen or to prints from other sources.

Stationery can not be refunded or returned because of normal printing effects. We pride ourselves on making sure your stationery is printed to the highest professional standards.

Envelopes

Envelopes are included with all invitations, and come in the same choice of paper stock. We do not offer printing on envelopes at this time.

Postage & Packing

Postage will be calculated at checkout.

We use NZ courier post to send all orders and do our best to ensure that they arrive in perfect condition.

International Orders

At the moment we only ship to New Zealand.

Quantity

A minimum order of 10 items per stationery piece is required.

Deadlines/Delivery Times

Please allow between 2-4 weeks from start to finish of your order.

If you have more urgent needs please contact us directly and we will try to accommodate you.

Cancellations and Refunds

Please choose carefully. Due to the nature of our work and time involved in creating and designing our stationery, we cannot refund payment once proofs have been produced simply because you have changed your mind.

Privacy

We at Hitched Wedding Stationery respect your privacy and promise not to disclose, exchange or sell your personal details to any third party.  Your personal information will remain secure and confidential and will only be used to process your order or to inform you of special offers (if you have subscribed to our newsletter).

Sample Use/Display Permission

From time to time we are asked to submit samples of our work to potential clients, magazines and media and to exhibit at trade expos and events. We will not use samples of your stationery for this purpose without your permission.

Newsletter

Our newsletter is sent out to subscribers to keep them updated of news and special offers. You will be automatically subscribed to this newsletter if you make a purchase or enquiry to Alannah Rose. You are welcome to unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time using the unsubscribe feature at the bottom of the newsletter.
